Palletisers
Palletising eggs is possible on both plastic and cardboard trays. Next to that, it’s also possible to choose between plastic and wooden pallets. Fiduco Automatic creates robots that can palletise up to 5, or even 6 layers. The number of pallet positions can be programmed as desired. The palletisers can be equipped with fixed pallet positions or with a discharge roller conveyor.
The advantages

- The Super Geselle can sort the output of different stables and/or sort on types of eggs
- The palletiser grabs four trays at once from the conveyor belt. This way there are no congestions on the belt, and the robot has plenty of time to move slowly, which minimises abrasion.

Container fillers
All types of hatching trolleys can be filled automatically using the Fiduco Automatic container filler. The eggs may still undergo a (visual) inspection in the brood frames to check for dirt and cracks. The empty brood frames are refilled automatically by the Super Geselle.

- The empty hatching chambers are placed automatically in the de-nester by the Super Geselle
- Several types of hatching trolleys are available
- The flexibility of the arrangement means that the Super Geselle does not occupy a lot of space
- Carrying out follow-up checks on the eggs in the brood frames is possible at all times
- It can be converted into a pallet filler should any switchover to a different species of animal occur
- The container filler is able to fill 2 trolleys in succession (without being changed!)
